Depending on your needs, registered massage therapy can include the following techniques: myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue, or trigger point release. Treatment is customized for each patient's needs.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) uses very light pressure to release tissues and work with the body’s natural rhythms to activate healing and balancing mechanisms. CST can help with muscle tension, postural imbalances, anxiety, attention disorders, vertigo, tinnitus, concussions, headaches and migraines. This treatment is eligible for medical coverage under Registered Massage Therapy

CST can help babies experiencing: breastfeeding/latch issues, torticollis, blocked tear-ducts, reflux/spitting up, colic, tongue tie, flat spots/vacuum birth. This treatment is eligible for medical coverage.

Linden Utting (she/her) lives in Gabriola, B.C. She is a graduate of Kikkawa College in Toronto, Ont. and has worked as an RMT since 2015 in both Toronto, Victoria and Nanaimo. She is the co-founder of MyBaby CST (Craniosacral Therapy) in Toronto (2018).

At the age of 34, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) changed the shape of her head and her life. A CST session with her RMT released a flat spot on her head and put her on a new path forward. Linden immediately enrolled in courses to become a CST practitioner and eventually an RMT. In 2018, She travelled to Portland, OE to take infant-specific CST training. Now Linden works with newborns, children and adults using CST and Massage Therapy.

Developed by Osteopath Dr. John E. Upledger, Craniosacral Therapy uses only 5 grams of pressure (the weight of a nickel) to release tissues from head to toe. CST works with the body’s natural rhythms to activate healing mechanisms and calm the nervous system.

Linden respectfully acknowledges and thanks the Snuneymuxw on whose traditional territory she works, learns and lives.

Linden is committed to providing a safe and supportive space for healing and empowerment. She is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion.
